Yes readers, we have made it to the 2nd year of The Wellness Today! It is all because of you...!
Right a year ago was our first issue born. It is a non profit venture by Kakunje Foundation in the form of online magazine to convey information and support to keep you all healthy and happy. We hope that it has been of some help in someway to all of you. Even a one percent difference in your approach towards positive health would be an added feather to our crown. Of course, we would like to hear from you about any comments, suggestions or experiences you would want to share with us.
This 13th issue of The Wellness Today is bringing information about a proffessional guidance to enhance the benefits of your doctor's visit, guide to understand a nutrition facts label, fitness information & tips, an advice to mothers about preparing your daughters to the joy of informed womanhood, meditation and dietary guidelines.

We are glad to announce that this is our successful launch of the 10th issue of the online magazine. Every time we made sure that it is online on the first date of the month!
March is the month of National Nutrition as announced by the American Dietetic Association. Also, this is the beginning of Spring and then Summer where proper nutrition is required from macro to micro structures on the planet to protect the effects of heat. In Ayurveda, it is considered as the time when the physical strength starts depleting. By considering all these factors, we have given more number of articles on FOOD AND NUTRITION, along with a few other articles on various subjects of wellness.

Another calendar year in the milestones of The Wellness Today!
The Wellness Today wishes a Happy and Healthy 2011 to all of our readers and supporters. May this year bring more and more positive energy and developments in health, mind and life as a whole.
Marking the beginning of a very new calendar year, we are happy to launch our 8th issue successfully, wherein we have included articles on guidelines to keep up your New Year Resolution, introduction to Naturopathy and Homeopathy medicines and other articles on fitness, nutrition, married life, sexual health, weight loss and so on.
As always, we would appreciate if you could bring in more readers, introduce to your friends and give your feedback.
